I speak quite passionately about polarity and contrast quite often, and in regards to polarity specifically, I know that ‘service to self’ is often an expression which seeks things like power, dominance, survival, and control. But I believe it can be redirected toward constructive ends IF consciously chosen and mastered.
I think prior to this incarnation, I created somewhat of an “excitement spectrum” that includes both polarities because I WANTED to explore the paradox between things like connection and autonomy, or empathy and detachment. I know my path might not look like the conventional STO or STS journey. These traits were chosen to fit a role I’ve been given in this cycle – the observer, a tester, someone who straddles polarities and becomes a bridge or catalyst for others. I have a deep appreciation for both polarities, which is basically the broad contrast or range I gave myself coming in so that I can choose what’s wanted and needed for my higher self’s development. Terms like “service-to-self” and “service-to-others” are now used as a divisive tool to label traits, beliefs, people, and opinions as good or bad. I think we should instead focus on what feels better in each moment. It’s about learning to consciously choose orientation moment to moment. My position can be seen as a way to polarise, an opportunity to synthesise, and a testing ground for me to refine choice. I’m wired to easily perceive and move between polarities; but I also have moral and social consequences to manage. I act as a mirror to others to confront their biases and choose discernment. Sometimes I play the catalyst, who triggers strong reactions in others, helping them to clarify their own polarity. More often, I enjoy demonstrating that opposite energies CAN be housed in one vessel and compliment each other in the creation process, harmoniously. This idea, to invent an entirely new polarity expression, was something my oversoul wanted to partake in. I suppose it thought this could bring more balance to the humans on Earth, and all entities contributing.
I’ve said this many times, but STS at its purest isn’t “evil”. It’s the exploration of the self as the only focus, refinement of power and concentrated will, control, and mastery over environment and self image. It’s a courageous and legitimate path in the Creator’s infinite exploration. STO at its purest is total devotion to others as self, surrendering personal gain for collective harmony and unity. When most beings incarnate into third density they experience bias toward one pole and must learn the lessons of the opposite in later cycles. Well, my garden is planted with two suns – both nourishing me, but each pulling my leaves in opposite directions. I have chosen to learn both at once: appreciating sovereignty without hating unity, and appreciating unity without fearing sovereignty. This incarnation is for me to understand the other side so deeply that no fear or distortion remains. I’m exploring hybridisation, experimenting with merging STS tools and STO motives, and creating a “non-native” blend of density skill sets. This will assist entities with their efforts to merge humans with “their kind” in a more harmonious way in future by creating a prototype that has no strict rule of separation. This isn’t a case of an early 3rd density entity’s failure to polarise or repeat a cycle. This is a conscious and deliberate harmonic tension to produce insight for my soul’s larger journey. Call it field research for the soul. I have learnt that it is a lot more difficult to hold compassion and self-power in balance here on Earth than it is in other densities and dimensions.
How far can I lean into the opposite polarity without distorting my core being?
How well can I operate inside the veil without forgetting who I am?
How can I translate higher-density balance into a oppressive 3rd density environment designed for division and chaos?
THIS is what I came to explore.
A soul who genuinely appreciates and honours ALL forms of creation isn’t confused. Theyre holding reverence for the beauty of self-sovereignty as well as the beauty of unity. Not all souls must or even should polarise conventionally, we can serve by EMBODYING harmonic tension and synthesis.
This is why I’m able to deeply empathise with humanity’s struggles while staying open in my heart and following where spirit and desire send me. I hope this helps others understand me and the lens through which I experience this life a little better, and to offer a perspective that honors the coexistence of “light” and “dark”.
