Something that came up for me tonight during a group chat.
At this time of heightened energetic shifts and collective transformation, our sensitivity to subtle energies is amplified a lot. Whether it’s through meditation, group gatherings, or individual discussions (especially those addressing sensitive or transformative topics), it’s vital to establish clear and sovereign energetic boundaries. This ensures that your space and energy remain protected and aligned. Protection should never arise from fear, but from a conscious act of honoring one’s energy and creating a space of clarity and integrity.
What I know..
Your belief creates experience: What you allow or perceive affects your reality.
Vibrational resonance: Lower energies only attach where they find a match (fear, doubt or unintegrated aspects).
Unity consciousness: All energies stem from the One Source, but boundaries allow you to focus on love and truth without interference.
I’m not disillusioned into thinking there’s no possibility of psychic attack in this reality. So it’s best to remain diligent with protective practices to maintain clarity and sovereignty.
