Over the last 10 to 20 years, the human collective has become increasingly more aware and conscious of their mind, body and spirit complexes, engaging in more wholesome and nurturing environments and experiences that bring love, joy and peace. People have been healing themselves and their trauma, getting to know who they are outside of the human experience, as god-like creatures. This has taken many on a long journey of self-realisation and enlightenment, becoming much greater versions of themselves along the way. There have been countless reflections of love and light seen on a collective scale. However, we often forget the ebb and flow of reality and can be quick to gaslight ourselves into an existence that denies the darkness and rejects anything that feels heavy, including those parts of ourselves we don’t want to face. But the human experience includes both. It includes the shadows we keep hidden. I want people to know that it’s okay to enter into periods where we feel down, depressed, angry, sad, anxious or jealous. I know you miss your soul family in those higher layers, I do too. These are natural human emotions that we move through, not just once or twice, but infinitely, as we walk the earth planes. The shadows will always exist. Polarity will always exist. Earth is a dense environment, it can be really shitty. Embrace it — we’re not here to get rid of those things, that’s not what this experience is for. As much as we should strive to be healthy, to release toxins, and to fight for a world that’s not controlled by elites trying to suppress us, we’re also here to play many different characters, to express ourselves in infinite ways, to interact with our avatar on a physical level, and to feel the full spectrum of emotions that come with the journey. It’s okay to be angry. It’s okay to feel low. It’s okay to dye your hair with chemicals, to spend lots of money, or to eat junk food. If you’re going to be angry or depressed, BE the best angry and depressed little gremlin that you can be. Feel all of it. All of these things are part of the experience, and they don’t make you any less spiritual or any less worthy.
You are here to be WHOLE, not perfect.
