One of my favourite astral experiences many years ago was when I was in Egypt, a fair distance from the usual sites. A man in a beige shirt and hat led me to an isolated spot, pulled up a large board from the ground, and underneath were three stairs leading down to a door. I didn’t open it, I just moved straight through it.
The man disappeared, but inside was a vast underground labyrinth, with gigantic white stone pillars. There were no doors, no windows. The ceilings were as high as the rooms were long – at least 25 metres. Each space connected to another through open arched walkways.
In one of the rooms, there was an entity who told me to step into a large glowing cube. As soon as I did, it started shifting, moving in and out around me. They said it could transport consciousness. Then water rushed in, flooding everything. I couldn’t breathe, and felt like I nearly drowned. I woke up with the clear knowing that I had been interacting with a tesseract cube and wrote it down.
What I find interesting about this is that the simple cube is a significant and core symbol of the material existence, and its unfolding (a cross) symbolises the transcendence of physical limitation. So the tesseract in my dream could be seen as a metaphor for the expansion of my consciousness beyond this material realm.
