My whole life, I was gaslit and told to stop being so sensitive. My parents would say, “Stop overreacting. You’re making a big deal out of nothing. You’re being too emotional. You’re just overthinking.” Sound familiar? My sensitivity was treated like a flaw, something that needed to be fixed or suppressed.
Sensitivity is not a weakness, it’s your superpower. It’s deep perception. It’s the ability to sense subtle energy, read vibrations, and discern what most people don’t see. It’s the reason I’ve developed the psychic ability and discernment I have today.
Each of us carries a unique distortion – a unique ‘lens’ for experiencing and serving the Creator. Sensitivity is part of my lens, and those who see it as “too much” are simply uncomfortable with the clarity that it brings. The issue isn’t with sensitivity. It’s with a world that fears depth and truth. Sensitive souls are needed. We feel what others won’t. We notice what others avoid looking at. We give understanding to world that thrives on denial.
If you’re sensitive, dont ever harden yourself for other peoples comfort. Your sensitivity is your gift, your compass, and your connection to higher truths. Let it guide you.
